In this hands-on workshop, students will receive two closed-form raindrop lanterns at the ideal stage for carving– perfect for sprigging, cutting, and experimenting with patterns in clay. After watching a short demonstration showing how the closed-form lanterns are thrown on the wheel, students will spend the session carving and personalizing their lanterns during the two-hour workshop. Afterward, all pieces will be professionally glazed by Jasper, and finished lanterns will be ready for student pickup within a month.

Minimum age is 16 years old.
You will have access to the studio for the duration of the 5-week session during regular operating hours.
Creations remaining after 60 days will be tossed.
